Maunga Vai A HevaYour location: Welcome! (Main page) / Maunga Vai A Heva
This donut-like hill is north from the Poike Volcano and has an almost identical "twin brother", the hill called Maunga Parehe, just northeast of it. It can be a good place for photography, if you like to walk off the tracks. See the image above this text and you will find 3 little "humps", the one on the right is Maunga Vai A Heva. The much larger mountain/hill is the Puakatike (or Poike) itself (from which the Poike Peninsula got its name). Location on the map
